The Port Moody Art Association is proud to present its 45th Annual Show and Sale of Original Paintings at the Port Moody Social Recreation Centre, 300 Ioco Road, Port Moody, B.C., Canada. You are cordially invited to attend the opening Friday, November 2012 at 7:30 pm. Framed original paintings by member artists will be showcased. Artists will be in attendance. The show continues on Saturday, November 3rd 2012, from 10am to 5pm, and on Sunday, November 4th 2012, from 10am to 5pm offering additional unframed paintings. Admission is free. Click here for map.

Port Moody Art Association collects patrons’ information solely to issue invitations to its shows. Invitations are sent as ‘undisclosed recipients’ and only the club executive works with the list. We appreciate your support. Your information is carefully guarded.

The Port Moody Art Association has continuing exhibits of members works on the East main floor hallway and the West 2nd floor hallway at the Eagle Ridge Hospital, 475 Guilford Way, Port Moody, B.C. (map), and the Port Moody Police Main Station at 3051 St. Johns Street, Port Moody, B.C.

Paintings are changed approximately every six months. Exchanges will be announced at meetings and by the phoning committee. Detailed information can be obtained from our outside hanging committee chairperson.

The Port Moody Art Association began in 1967 with a handful of artists. By the club’s second year, it had over 30 members. Today, the Association has a 100-member membership and a waiting list for membership. If you are an Artist living in the Tri-cities and are interested in joining our Association, please download the application form listed under Contact Information below, and remit per instructions.

Teaches acrylic painting lessons at Michael’s Arts and Crafts stores in Port Coquitlam and Pitt Meadows, a two hour class at random times. She will be also be taking over ginger LOVELL’s drawing class at Glen Pine in April in the mornings. She also teaches privately.

From January to June, we do not meet the first Monday of each month.
Ten attended meetings between October 1st to September 30th are required to display in the Fall Show.
